When will I receive my order?


If you're wondering when your package will arrive,Read this.

If you're waiting for your order and or just wondering when it'll come if you read and follow the bullet points below we're extremely confident you'll get it soon. Please note, by doing so nearly 99% of issues get resolved by following the directions below!💧💜

  • Step 1: If you see your package is saying that it's in transit and it has been that way for 10 days we will reship your order after a CLAIM has been filed with shipper (Note: this process can take up to 60 calendar days)
  • Step 2: Simply TEXT us through our MOONLINE 470-263-1338
  • Please Note: You MUST wait 10 days from your SHIP date. For example, if your order was shipped out January 1st and didn't get it by the 11th contact us with your order number
